Less AI spend, more done.
The same deadline check, the same daily data match, the same status update: runs as a workflow, deterministic, cron- or trigger-based — and costs 0 tokens as long as there's nothing to decide. AI only gets pulled in once language understanding, judgment, or an actual decision is genuinely needed. You pay for outcomes, not for AI standing watch.
🔒 Your data. Your sovereignty. — self-hosted, no shared cloud account.
0 tokens applies to purely deterministic workflow/cron steps. Once an AI decision is needed, tokens are used — that's what budgets and caps are for.
This is what ThinkShip looks like
Real views from the running system — with made-up sample data.

Build workflows visually
Connect steps by dragging, add branches and loops — changes to running workflows go through test sign-off.

An organization of agents
Coordinator agent, team leads, specialists — a real reporting line instead of a flat tool list.

Approvals under control
Open approvals at a glance — once, always or never, down to the single action.
Who takes care of what
Three roles, clearly separated — and only one of them runs up an ongoing token bill.
System
Collects, checks and compares around the clock — fully automatic, by fixed rules.
≈ 0 tokensAI
Assesses the hit, puts it in context, drafts a proposal or a summary.
≈ 500–3,000 tokens per instanceHuman
Decides, approves, or steps in — where it genuinely matters.
0 tokens, your judgment countsFour benefits, explained in 15 seconds
Short animations show what ThinkShip does differently in operation — pause and scrub as you like.
Less AI spend
The same tasks, two paths: in front everything runs as a workflow and only tasks that truly need a decision go through the AI. In the back, an always-on agent sends every single one through the model. Same outcome, a fraction of the tokens.
Nothing happens without approval
Every action can be approved once, always, or never. A one-time approval covers exactly one action, “always” lets follow-ups through automatically, “never” stops them before anything is executed.
Tenants stay separate
Every tenant has its own data and its own encrypted provider keys. Access attempts across the tenant boundary are rejected — no data mixing, no shared credentials.
Your data stays in-house
ThinkShip runs on your infrastructure. By policy, tasks with sensitive data stay with the local model — only non-critical content may reach a cloud model at all.
Simplified, illustrative visuals — not measurements. The token numbers are example values.
Watch your organization at work
Two views of the same system: the running workflows and the office of your agents. Whoever works sits at the desk; whoever waits goes to the meeting room, where a human has to act.
The live view needs JavaScript. It shows two views of the same data: the running workflows with their steps, and the office where a company's agents work, take breaks or wait for an approval.
Simulation with made-up sample data — in operation the view shows your real activity, limited to the areas your permissions allow. Press B to switch views.
Built for governance, not bolted on
From the first request to the audit log: every capability is designed from the ground up for controlled operation in real organizations.
Workflows save tokens
Recurring checks run as a plain cron job — 0 tokens as long as there's nothing to do. AI only switches on once something real has actually been found.
Plain language, not prompt engineering
People describe what they need the way they would to a colleague — no tool training, no prompt handbook.
Only as much AI as needed
The system decides per task whether a simple workflow is enough or real AI judgment from one or more agents is genuinely needed.
An organization that grows with you
A coordinator agent leads team leads, team leads lead specialists — a real reporting line, not a flat tool list.
Three-tier approval
Every action can be approved once, always, or never — at the level of topic, role, or single action.
Budgets & token caps at every level
Maximum values per run, agent, topic and organization, visible live on the taskboard.
Design partners, not reference customers
ThinkShip is in development. We don't have reference customers yet and won't pretend we do. Instead we're looking for companies that want to help shape it early.
Your tasks shape the scope
Your feedback goes straight into the roadmap — you bring the tasks, we build the workflows and roles around them.
Runs on your infrastructure
Self-hosted via installer, your own provider keys per tenant, local models only on request. Your data stays with you.
An honest status
We'll pursue certifications like ISO 27001 once a design partner needs one — not as an upfront marketing claim. A DPA template under Art. 28 GDPR already exists.
